 Armlift - A unique lift with patent pending.

We are proud to announce the completely innovative lift table design of the future. The ALT-Range - a range of lift tables where the traditional scissor lift design has been abandoned and lift arms are used, running in parallel and also offering a tilting facility. The arm lift is, as are our other lift tables, electro-hydraulic.

Advantages:

• Tilt angle is variable +5 and -40 degree.

• The ALT-range is available with various options; ALT 1500 with conventional rectangular platform, ALT 1500U with U-shaped platform to accomodate closed-boarded pallets directly on the base, ALT 1500UE also has a U-shaped platform to handle EUR-pallets and other loads, such as trolleys etc.
• The lift can easily be installed at the end of a roller conveyor and be used for loading an unloading.
• Model ALT 1500 has an integral hydraulic unit, other models have a remote power pack in a protective, moulded plastic surround.
• All ALT models are power coated.

The TZ range increases with the TZD 400B and TZ 1000B

Two "big brothers" have been introduced to our TZ range - price conscious, flexible and durable lifting trolleys for improved ergonomics and working environment. Lifting is achived by an integral battery unit with completely sealed batteries and automatic charger. These trolleys are extremely stable and lift 1000 Kgs up to 920 mm and 400 Kgs up to 1620 mm above floor level. The paint finish is a durable powder coat with the platform and baseframe in blue RAL 5005 and the scissors mechanism in yellow/orange RAL 2010. The foldable handle is zinc-plated. The strong wheels provide easy movement, with the rear swivelling brakes being fitted with total brakes.

 WP100 Work Positioner

Two work positioners have been added to our range of lifting trolleys, the WP 100L and WP 100, each with a 100 Kgs lifting capacity. Model WP 100L has fixed front wheels with a very low chassis making it possible to fit the support legs beneath a pallet or a crate, for lifting. High stability is also a feature of this model. The WP 100 includes four swivelling wheels giving excellent manoeuvrability and the ability to rotate in very confined areas.

With the new, improved design for the electronics and control equipment, there are a number of advantages, such as the charging status indicator. There is also a built-in automatic charger with auto cut-off when full charge is achieved. EdmoLift´s work positioners are powder coated in white with a durable finish. The handle is vertically adjustable and offers different grip positions. A chain guard cover the lift chain through its full travel. A number of easily interchangeable lifting options are available, such as special platforms, forks or mandrels. First deliveries of the new models are scheduled for mid-May.

Sales of the smaller WP 80AL work positioner have proved very successful in Sweden and other markets, such as England and Australia.

 TL 1000 Stainless Steel

New! A 1000 kg lifting table from Edmolift, manufactured completely in stainless steel. (SS 2333) The piston rod and cylinder are chemically nickel.Plated.Can also be delivered in acidproof steel (S 2343) The hydraulic unit is completely covered in and water resistant.The base frame has "machine feet" which simplify cleaning under the table.The machine feet raise the table by 100 mm, which make the table easy to move with, for example, a hand pallet truck.The table is designed for applications with high demands on cleaning and handling in corrosive environments, for example slaughter houses and chemical industries.  

New Push Button Box

Since early August we have replaced our push button boxes from ABB with a new model as illustrated in the photograph below.
